To add a code that is not currently listed, please fill out the contact form below. In the text field, please let us know the following:

• Who you are
• Where the code is applied
• The land area covered by the code
• The population within the code area
• The year the code was adopted
• Whether the code:
  • Is based on the SmartCode
  • Uses the Transect
  • Is implemented through guidelines
  • Is a hybrid code
  • Is optional or mandatory
• And any special notes concerning code implementation or adoption

Please include a link to the code document – preferable downloadable from the municipality’s website or code publisher for verification.

We will review the code for compliance with the criteria detailed here.
